Elizabeth Fry (Born 1958) is the oldest person to swim the Oceans Seven. The Oceans Seven is a series of seven marathon open-water channel swims in various places around the world. Her swims included the English Channel, Catalina Channel, Strait of Gibraltar, Molokai Channel, Tsugaru Channel, Cook Strait, and the North Channel. The American swimmer completed the challenge at the age of 60 years old in 2019. She completed her first channel crossing at the age of 44 in 2003.
Elizabeth Fry is a financial services consultant from Connecticut. She earned her undergraduate degree from University of Connecticut and her MBA from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business.
